 Where in the World is Mr. Alford?

Mr. Alford has not only departed the Hole in the Rock, Bay of Islands, he and his exuberant wife Jenny have disembarked the the beautiful country of New Zealand and moved on to a nearby Commonwealth Country that is the world's smallest continent.  Landing in this country's most populated city, Mr. Alford and Jenny spent several days exploring the the "Harbour City" then boarded a train and headed several hours north to visit a cousin in famous wine growing region of Hunter Valley.

Further north up coast of the world's largest island, Mr. Alford and Jenny spent their days exploring the coastline beaches of the Coral Sea and keeping a sharp eye out for of this any of this country's numerous deadly snakes and spiders. 

Mr. Alford currently stands in front of the structure erected in 1901 by Charles Harding.  It is the most powerful lighthouse in this country and is perched on the easternmost point of this island country.  
Can you guess Where in the World is Mr. Alford?  To correctly locate this week's mystery location. students must name the country, state, and geographical point at which Mr. Alford now stands.  Submit answers to the Where in the World is Mr. Alford Box in the Brookside Library and Mr. Rodgers will soon be drawing a lucky winner for a great prize.  

Good luck Brookside students and remember,  just 30 minutes of exercise each day stimulates brain chemicals that leave you feeling happier and more relaxed proving that physical activity is not only good for your body, but also your brain!
